I’ve been seeing Eiffle for over 20 years and relied on him for service and repairs for five of my family’s vehicles: my Lexus, 2 Acuras, a Genesis, and a Nissan. We’ve gotten excellent service year in and year out. IMHO, Eiffle gives reasonably priced service with a high level of professionalism and expertise and has been able to provide a loaner car when needed. I prefer taking my cars to Eiffle over going to the dealership.

Taking my car to Eiffel's was the absolute BEST auto repair experience I've ever had! I was able to make an appointment (which is a big plus for me!) and left the car in their care for the day. I was also able to write down everything I felt needed to be addressed (rather than just a verbal exchange where I always wondered if other mechanics remembered what I said!) Eiffel and his crew did a full diagnostic in addition to my concerns because the car has over 60K miles, so it needed a good 'once over'. Eiffel and his crew kept us updated via text and email all day long! Amazing! We've had the car back a week now and everything - I mean EVERYTHING - is running fantastic! They are so polite and kind and this is important as I am an older woman and do not like dealing with mechanics who treat women poorly and/or try to add on expenses to the car that I don't need. I am so pleased with Eiffel and his crew that we will ONLY be going there for services in the future! Thank you for a wonderful experience: polite staff, excellent service and awesome prices!!

I have been taking my Acura to Eiffel’s Place for about 8 or 9 years now for mostly routine maintenance and i have never had any complaints. Very honest, thorough and reasonably priced.

My family and I have been taking our cars to Eiffel for many years. It has been excellent every time. He and his team are always honest, thorough, and professional. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and are completely transparent about costs. They’re reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend Eiffel’s Place to anyone looking for high quality service!

I can't say enough good things about Eiffel and his shop. Professional, Excellent work, communication is above and beyond. His knowledge of vehicles especially the NSX is well worth the trip down from SC to get work done on my 92. Highly recommend!
